Speech Outline
Hook: Have you ever thought a drink would bring you closer and give you some of your "best buds"? Think back to the last time you had a drink and what actions you made.

Purpose: The purpose of this video, is too show that Budweiser is supposed to bring you closer to people, instead of making the wrong decisions when drinking.
Thesis: Budweiser created this commercial so you could see the effect of getting out there and actually take the time to make new friends; people you thought you would never become friends with.
Details:
Audience: The audience is anyone who drinks Budweiser. Budweiser wants to persuade people to drink their product because they believe it gives you "best buds."
Characters: The characters in the show are people who are dressed normally just like every other person. The other characters are animals. They use a dog and a horse, to show the diversity of what can happen if you are willing to expand your friendships and become friends with people you wouldn't even think of.
Setting: Relating to the characters, the setting is on a farm. Budweiser chose a farm because they believe that everyday people can easily relate to that and they want to show the diversity of where the animals come from.
Effectiveness: Budweiser made a very effective commercial. They were able to incorporate the feel of everyday people, by dressing them in casual clothes, and the feel of diversity between friends, by using a horse and a dog.
Closing Hook: Reflecting on this commercial, the purpose was to make people feel like they could make friends in any situation and any type of friend that they wanted to. Budweiser wanted to make it known that they're commercial would be effective. Meaning, yes, you can make friends without drinking it, but drinking Budweiser gives you your "best buds."
